ORders & Shipping

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. There’s no minimum order value required.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday

Handling time: 1–2 business days

Transit time: 6–8 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from order date

We deliver with Australia Post and UPS.

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption, and we use secure, verified payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

If your payment is declined, your order won’t be processed. Please try again or contact us if the issue persists.

Returns & Refunds

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Please email info@seltyn.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid label.

Defective or incorrect items: return is free

Change of mind: return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Once your return is received and approved, we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please send photos within 48 hours of delivery. If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

Yes. Exchanges are processed via the return system. Just follow the return steps, and we’ll send the replacement once we receive your original item.

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If it has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.
